Sealed Bids for the construction of ROANOKE STREET/FIRST STREET PEDESTRIAN ACCOMMODATIONS will be received by THE TOWN OF CHRISTIANSBURG at the office of the PROCUREMENT OFFICER, until 3:00 PM local time on September 30, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of sidewalk and curb ramp improvements meeting ADA standards, asphalt mill and overlay, curb and gutter, storm drainage, traffic and pedestrian signals, pavement markings and signing, and associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The DBE Goal for this procurement is set at 0%.
