The provider will adhere to guidelines established by the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) and Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services (DBHDS) Department. Further, PCPS assumes no responsibility for, nor oversight of, the Medicaid billing process.
