The City of Framingham (City), invites sealed bids for the cleaning of approximately 4,000 catch basins within the City of Framingham, including street, municipal and school parking lots and requires all work necessary or proper for or incidental to this purpose including providing all necessary supervisors, personnel, equipment and materials.

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
Bids shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday February 12, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.

The awarded contractor shall comply with Mass. Gen. L. Ch. 149, Sec. 26 – 27D, as this contract is subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
