MMCAP Infuse (MMCAP Infuse) is a governmental cooperative serving tens of thousands of state and local government facilities across the United States. MMCAP Infuse is operated by the State of Minnesota (State) Department of Administration’s Office of State Procurement (OSP) and is governed by Minnesota laws and procurement policies.

MMCAP Infuse Members (Members) are state agencies and political subdivisions throughout the United States. Membership is available to government-operated facilities through Joint Powers Agreements between the State of Minnesota and procurement offices in each state. The extent to which a Member participates in the program is voluntary. Members can include, but are not limited to, the following classes of trade: correctional facilities, psychiatric treatment facilities, student health services, public health services, public nursing homes, and public hospitals. This RFP is seeking automation equipment, maintenance services, and other products related to the safe, lawful, and efficient operation of a pharmacy. It is also seeking solutions for off-site storage, vending, and/or dispensing of prescription or over-the-counter medication.
