PRESOLICITATION NOTICE
The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located Shiprock NM, U.S. Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, NM 87420 has an upcoming requirement for one (1) Pediatrician Physician Services (.25 FTE) for one year. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 with a small business size standard of 1000.
The Request for Quotations No. IHS1502831 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 11/26/2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, professional certifications/license, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 9, 2024. The acquisition is an Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).
