Description
Procurement Details: Reagent and supply for total coliform testing in drinking water and fecal coliform testing in wastewater.
Estimated Value: $326,645.00

Vendor: IDEXX Distribution, Inc.
Justification: IDEXX Distributions is the sole manufacturer and supplier of Colilert reagent and supplies. Colilert is the primary method approved by the EPD for the lab to analyze total coliform in drinking water throughout DeKalb Watershed Management¿s distribution system. The Water Quality Control lab at Snapfinger plant uses Colilert for E. coli monitoring.
