The City has been working with a vendor for scanning, digitizing, and indexing a variety of records since a Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued, and the original contract awarded, in 2010. The City seeks a vendor to continue providing scanning, indexing and quality control services compatible with the City’s document management system, Laserfiche.

member of the City Council, or any employee of the City of Saratoga with regard to the acceptance of a proposal may lead to elimination of that vendor from further consideration.
