NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, June 25, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Army / Navy Hospital Site Security Improvements located in Hot Springs, AR for the Division of Building Authority. PR #6152518
There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on June 18, 2026, at 200 Reserve St., Room 300/301, Hot Springs, AR 71901. The State reserves the right to schedule additional mandatory meetings. No bid shall be accepted from any Bidder failing to attend any mandatory meeting(s).
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 372-4011. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $150.00 per set, payable to ENFRA TME. Deposits will be refunded to Contractors who submit a bid and return the documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the receipt of bids. Partial sets will not be available. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Bidders requiring additional sets may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics.

The Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and other Federal Regulations shall apply to this project.
If the bid is more than $50,000.00, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
