224-137 Millican Property Fencing Improvements IFB

The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Solicitation Number: IFB 224-137               Millican Property Fencing Improvements

Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to the installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet (LF) of new four-strand barbed wire fencing along with an estimated 10 minor fence repairs and the installation of five gates. The estimated construction cost is $25,000.

Bidders must submit a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bidder’s bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.
