175th Wing MDANG Epoxy Floor Bldg. 3010 Warehouse

The 175th Maryland Air National Guard has a requirement to install an epoxy flooring to Warehouse Building 3010 on base. Please refer to the Attachment #1 Statement of Work and other attached documentation for a more detailed description for the work to be done on the project.

Please find Amendment 0001 to the Solicitation. The changes in the Combo/Synopsis will be in RED. The original due date for the RFI's was 21 August 2026 at 1100. The new due date for the RFIs is now 25 August 2026 at 1000. The original date for the Answers/ Clarifications to the RFIs was 25 August and is now 28 August. The Original due date for quotes was 28 August at 1500. The new due date is listed in this notice, now is 04 September 2026 at 1500. There are no answers to any RFIs that have been recieved in Amendment 0001.

The primary purpose of Amendment 0002 is to update the Offer Due date from 04 September 2026 at 1500 EST to 15 September 2026 at 1500 EST. Currently, the Government is working actively to provide clarifications to the RFIs received. Once those clarifications to this project become available, amendment 0003 will be posted. The new Response Date for Questions to be answered by the Government is C.O.B 08 September 2026. Deadline for RFIs are past/completed as the Government is no longer taking any more questions. Furthermore, this is a notice to request not to send in quotes until Amendment 0003 with all clarifications and updates to the Statement of Work is posted. The updated Combo/Synopsis 0002 will have changes in RED or highlighted text.

The primary purpose for Amendment 0003 is to provide Clarifications to the Questions received by interested parties. Any and all ambiguity of the scope of work to be done for this project in the Attachment 0001 Statement of Work / PWS_Epoxy Flooring should be answered for clarifications. In this Amendment, please also find attachments supporting the clarifications including new spec/ drawing sheet of the warehouse that is having the floor mitigated and epoxied. Also included are pictures of the warehouse floor for those who wish to see the work site that didn't attend the Site Visit. Be advised the pictures of the condition of the floor are current even though the pictures are slightly outdated. Even though there are items on the floor in the pictures, as the warehouse stands currently, it is clear of all items seen in the pictures and ready for work to be completed. Please use the trucks/ Barrells/ toolboxes, etc. as scale to the size of the warehouse floor. See Attachment #6 and #7.

The Quotes Due by date remain unchanged. A revised Statement of Work may be posted as a 0004th Amendment before then. If interested, provide your quotation package IAW original SOW instructions by 15 September at 1500 EST.

The primary purpose for Amendment 0004 is to provide an updated SOW/ PWS. The document title will be Attachment_8 REVISED SOW_Epoxy Flooring. All changes from the original Statement of Work (SOW) will be marked in RED to show the difference. Please read the updated SOW and Amendment 0003 Epoxy RFIs Clarifications to RFIS_Answers to Questions and provide your quotation package before the Quote Due Date using the updated information to the Solicitation to the best of your ability and in accordance to the instructions provided in the Combo/Synopsis attachment. The Government is not taking any more questions you may have regarding the project due to time limit restrictions.
