SCOPE OF WORK:Â The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to furnish and deliver rental of dump trucks plus a driver and/or rental of large equipment plus an operator, from one qualified vendor, on an as needed basis for the Department of Public Works in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions herein.

The contract shall cover the period from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026.
The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for four (4) additional one-year periods ending March 31, 2030. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
