Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this solicitation for RL Sutton Water Reclamation Facility Solids Handling Upgrades . Submissions shall be received before 12:00 pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Background

The Project consists of replacing sludge feed pumps, dewatering centrifuges, and sludge cake pumps; and modifications and/or rehabilitation to an existing odor control system, fluidized bed incinerators (FBI) equipped with emissions control equipment, and biosolids receiving station. The services will be performed using the Progressive Design-Build delivery method. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated using the single-step, best-value selection process.
