Main Street Park Concept and Design RFQ
The Town of Wendell is requesting the submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional design consulting firms to provide professional services for the concept design, construction drawings, permitting, and construction management of the Main Street Park.

Interested firms should submit electronically as a PDF document their qualifications package by no later than 2:00 pm onJanuary 6, 2025to: Jeff Polaski, Parks & Recreation Director; jpolaski@townofwendellnc.gov
Paper copies are not required. The subject line should contain the firms’ nameand “Statement of Qualifications for Professional Design Services – Main Street Park Concept and Design.”
All interested firms that have any questions should be directed to Jeff Polaski at the Town of Wendell via email. An addendum will be released with answers to any submitted questions and will be posted to the town’s website. Please submit questions by 2:00 pm on December 16, 2024.
