RFP # 2025-001 CLEANING SERVICES

Qualified professional cleaning service companies are invited to submit statements of interest, and experience proposals to the Town of Surfside Beach to provide cleaning services weekly and bi-weekly for the following facilities:

• Town Hall, Public Works, Civic Center and Police Station

The Town’s objective is to establish contractual cleaning services (3 year term) for the Town’s facilities per the guidelines as established by the Facilities Division. Within the bid, please identify the cost per facility separately. Successful bidder is required to provide business license, General Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance, and Criminal Justice Information Services certification, prior to commencement of services.

All Statements of submittals must be received at the Town of Surfside Beach Town Hall at 210 U.S. Highway 17 South, Surfside Beach, SC 29575 no later than FEBRUARY 19TH AT 2PM, at which time only the names of the Offerors will be announced. Any submission received later than the specified time/date shall not be accepted for consideration. Hand-delivered submissions should be delivered to Surfside Beach Town Hall, 210 U. S Hwy 17 South. Facsimile and email proposals are acceptable, but no telephone proposals will be accepted.
