Bayberry Golf Course Clubhouse Window Replacement

The Town of Yarmouth is requesting sealed bids for the Bayberry Golf Course Clubhouse Window Replacement project at 635 West Yarmouth Road, South Yarmouth, MA. The work generally includes the replacement of twenty-five (25) existing windows, including removal and disposal of existing windows, furnishing and installation of new replacement windows, flashing, trim, painting, cleanup, and related work.

Sealed General Contract bids will be received at the Office of the Yarmouth Town Administrator, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, until 3:00 PM on May 25, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit will be held on May 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Bayberry Golf Course Clubhouse.

Bids must be submitted on the required forms and accompanied by bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid Price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in accordance with M.G.L. c.149, §29.

Prevailing wage rates under M.G.L. c.149, §§26–27D apply, and weekly certified payrolls will be required. OSHA 10 certification is required in accordance with M.G.L. c.30, §39S.

The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities if deemed in the Town’s best interest.
