Blacktop Bid: Deadline May 21, 2026

The City of Somerset will be accepting sealed bids for blacktop and coldmix for the fiscal year 2026–2027.

Bids must be received by 10:00 a.m. on May 21, 2026 and should be addressed as follows:

Somerset, KY 42501

Blacktop and coldmix should be bid per ton, picked up, and per ton applied. Resurfaced roads are to be tacked by contractor.

All materials must meet Kentucky Transportation specifications. Materials must be applied within 15 days of approval by City Council.

The City of Somerset reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
