Work of this Single Prime Contract consists of General Construction; including Mechanical and Electrical Work, at St. Cloud City Hall, 1207 7th St. So. St. Cloud, Minnesota. Plumbing will be by Owner.
The City of St. Cloud will be soliciting bids for the Animal Shelter Remodel at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1201 – 7th Street South, St. Cloud, Minnesota, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 16, 2026, at which time all bids will be received by Sealed Envelope Only. Bids will be publicly read aloud in the City Hall Conference Room A, City Hall.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 @ 9:00am. Owner will have a representative at the meeting. This will be the only opportunity for the contractor to visit the site. Owner will maintain continuous occupancy during construction. Bidders are encouraged to attend to better understand Project, and for dissemination of information and clarification of intent of Bidding Documents. Questions and responses will be published in an Addenda following conference.
Submit bids by Sealed Envelope to the attention of Matt Glaesman at St. Cloud City Hall, located at 1201 7th Street South.
