Overview
The Project consists of but not limited to the following elements of Civil work to include site specific trenching and access. Landscape work to include restore to existing conditions. Engineering work to include fire and life safety, openings. Structural work to include concrete penetrations and switchgear concrete pad. Mechanical work to include relocation of plumbing fixtures. Electrical work to include replacement of electrical switchgear and additional panels.
The Project is located in the Soundview Building 3602 Pacific Ave. Tacoma, WA.
