Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Calgary Public Library (the “Library”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide an Information Technology Service management (ITSM) and Asset/Inventory management solution. The library system has 1000 employees, 700-800 endpoints (computers/Laptops) for staff, 800 Public endpoints (Chromebooks, tablets, public computers) for patrons, network equipment’s and other IT related hardware. The library is looking to integrate the Asset management with the financial system where PO’s originates in Asset management and get pushed to the financial system.
