Description
The Contractor shall furnish all personnel necessary to provide onsite Otolaryngology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Oklahoma City. The contractor s physician(s) shall deliver care encompassing the full range of Otolaryngology services typically provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility. The standard of care shall meet or exceed nationally recognized standards as established by the American Academy of Otolaryngology (AAO):Â http://www.entnet.org.

FTE: General Otolaryngologist, specialized in Sleep Medicine, Rhinology/Sinus/Anterior Skull Base surgeries to include:
Tympanomastoid
Tympanotomy
Simple mastoidectomy
Ventiliation tube placement
Nose and sinuses
Intranasal operations
Antrostomy
Ethmoidectomy
Sphenoidectomy
Polypectomy
Submucous resection or septoplasty
Facial fractures
Benign tumors, cysts
Oral cavity and tongue
Parotid
Other salivary glands
Neck
Malignant tumors
External nose
Nasal space, sinuses
Oral cavity and tongue
Mandible and adjacent structures
Parotid/Thyroid
Tonsillectomy
