IFQ 09-006-26 - Replace Eyewash Station on 176th AGE Shop

Addendum 1 serves to answer questions from interested offerors and make changes to the IFQ.

The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking to hire a Contractor to replace 2 Eyewash Stations (EWS) in 176 ^th maintenance shop located in JBER, Alaska. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this IFQ.

Deadline for Receipt of Quote Submittal. Current deadline for receipt of quote submittals in response to the subject IFQ is 2:00 P.M. Alaska time on January 12, 2026. Information on submitting quotes can be found in the attached IFQ. Late offers will be rejected.
