Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a Notice of Proposed Procurement on behalf of the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the RCMP (CRCC) for a Request for Proposal (RFP). The CRCC has a requirement for a case management system capable of handling both cases and investigations referred to by the CRCC as its Case and Investigation Management and Reporting System (CIMRS). The scope of this project includes access to a SaaS Solution, implementation and ongoing support services for the Solution, optional Professional IT Services and Training Services. The CRCC CIMRS must be a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) at Protected B level.
