Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Public Safety (DPS), intend to enter into a renewed agreement up to 2 years with CALLYO 2009 CORP for continued, uninterrupted use of Callyo Standard Software web-based application.

Callyo is a Web-based application that enables law enforcement to conduct covert undercover investigations. CALLYO 2009 CORP, the supplier retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary web-based application.The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
