Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Transportation (DOT) intend to enter into an agreement up to 1 year with KONTUR US INC for continued, uninterrupted use of Kontur - Examiner PRO Single-user Licenses; three licenses.
The Examiner software suite is a large 3 dimensional data sets for GPR (ground penetrating radar) high quality subsurface data processing platforms. KONTUR US INC retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary software. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
