The City of Waterbury (“City”) is seeking to engage the services of qualified and experienced engineering and consulting firms to provide various types of on-call engineering, consulting and/or construction administration/inspection services on an on-call basis in connection with: Request for Qualifications #8132 Engineering On-Call Services 2025 – 2027 The selection of firms shall follow a Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) process and firms will be evaluated and selected based on design and technical competence, the capacity and capability to perform work, past record of performance, and knowledge of Federal, State, and Municipal procedures, appropriately weighted.
