The District is not responsible for delays, technical difficulties, or submission errors on the part of the supplier. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026, at 3:00 pm CST (District clock). A ll bids will be evaluated promptly following the opening. Bid results will not be shared by phone or prior to the official award. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the stated closing deadline. However, once submitted, no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the submission deadline. |
