The Village of Algonquin is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to conduct and develop the Village's  2025 Village-Wide Pavement Condition Assessment of the Village’s roadway network. The selected firm shall prepare a Condition Assessment Report on approximately 140 centerline miles of Village-owned roads and prepare a presentation to the Village Board.

Project Schedule

The selection process for the Request for Proposals includes the following steps, with the anticipated completion of the project by November 18, 2025.

  • Requests for Proposals Issued:  March 11, 2025
  • Questions on Proposal Due:  March 24, 2025
  • Responses to Questions Issued:  March 28, 2025
  • Deadline for Proposal Submission:  April 3, 2025 (5:00 p.m. CST)
  • Contract Finalized:  April 9, 2025
  • Potential Approval by Village Board:  May 6, 2025
  • Anticipated Start:  May 12, 2025
  • Anticipated Completion:  November 18, 2025

*The kick-off meeting shall occur within two weeks of the agreement’s approval by the Village Board.
