The Village of Algonquin is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to conduct and develop the Village's 2025 Village-Wide Pavement Condition Assessment of the Village’s roadway network. The selected firm shall prepare a Condition Assessment Report on approximately 140 centerline miles of Village-owned roads and prepare a presentation to the Village Board.
Project Schedule
The selection process for the Request for Proposals includes the following steps, with the anticipated completion of the project by November 18, 2025.

- Questions on Proposal Due: March 24, 2025
- Responses to Questions Issued: March 28, 2025
- Deadline for Proposal Submission: April 3, 2025 (5:00 p.m. CST)
- Contract Finalized: April 9, 2025
- Potential Approval by Village Board: May 6, 2025
- Anticipated Start: May 12, 2025
- Anticipated Completion: November 18, 2025
*The kick-off meeting shall occur within two weeks of the agreement’s approval by the Village Board.
