NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE.Â
Pursuant to YCC 3.20.047.0300, Yamhill County is hereby providing notice that it intends to enter into a sole-source procurement with Oregon Family Support Network to provide Family Peer Support Services for HHS Family and Youth clients. Any entity who claims to have been adversely affected by this sole-source selection shall have seven (7) calendar days from the date of this Notice in which to deliver a signed protest to Yamhill County HHS OFSN Sole Source, c/o Board of Commissioners Office, 434 NE Evans Street, McMinnville, OR 97128. Protests must be postmarked no later than the protest submission deadline. The County will not consider a protest submitted after the deadline. Protests will be resolved according to Yamhill County Public Contracting rules.
