BITUMINOUS PLANT MIX MATERIAL AND STONE AGGREGATE

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, Suite 111, 2 N Main Street, Greensburg, Pennsylvania until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, Tuesday, March 11, 2025, and will be opened, checked, and read aloud at approximately 2:15 P.M. in the Commissioners' Conference Room, for the purchase of the Bituminous Plant Mix Material and Stone Aggregate for the Westmoreland County Department of Public Works.

Addenda will ONLY be posted on the Westmoreland County website. All Bidders are required to periodically visit the County's website for Addenda updates. It is ALL Bidders' responsibility to verify that they have received and reviewed all addenda posted on the County's website before submitting a bid.

A certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of ten (10%) of the grand total bid must be enclosed with the Bid Documents.

The Westmoreland County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. The Commissioners also reserve the right to approve the sufficiency of any required surety.

"Failure of a contractor or applicant to comply with any provision of the regulation shall be grounds for imposition of any or all of the sanctions authorized by the order."

All bids must be properly signed and submitted, in duplicate, in a sealed opaque envelope plainly marked on the outside with the bidder's name and address and the designation:
