Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACTS (IQCs) FOR PERFORMANCE OF EXPERT PROFESSIONAL DISASTER RESPONSE AND RECOVERY, STORM MITIGATION AND RESILIENCE, INSURANCE ADJUSTMENT, GRANT MANAGEMENT AND GRANT FINANCIAL REPORTING, ANALYSIS AND SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES ON AN “AS- NEEDED” BASIS DURING 2025 THROUGH 2029 (RFP#6000002873)
THE OPPORTUNITY The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Authority”) is seeking to identify firms interested in responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of Expert Professional Disaster Response and Recovery, Storm Mitigation and Resilience, Insurance Adjustment, Grant Management and Grant Financial Reporting, Analysis and System Support Service on an “As- Needed” Basis during 2025 through 2029. ANTICIPATED FUNDING This Contract may be funded in whole or in part by one (1) or more Federal grantors such as, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Federal Highway Administration (FWHA), Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) and other Federal grantors, as applicable. Accordingly, this solicitation and the agreement are subject to applicable FTA, FEMA, FHWA and FAA requirements.
