The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering services for the Drainage improvements near 348 Pinebrook / 2 Briar / 420 Pinebrook project (The project). The Project generally entails the design and development of bid documents for drainage improvements near 348 Pinebrook / 2 Briar / 420 Pinebrook based on concepts included in the Pinebrook watershed study.
