Description: The Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley Railroad, owned and operated by the Leatherstocking Railway Historical Society, seeks proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to create and administer the solicitation of bid packages for multiple NYSDOT Passenger & Freight Rail Assistant Program (PFRAP) Grants. The project is located on the Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley Railroad in Otsego County, with headquarters located at 136 E. Main Street, Milford, NY 13807.
