Request for Proposal (RFP) – Lease of County-Owned Property

The County of Glenn is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, businesses, or organizations interested in leasing county-owned property located at 453 E. County Road 49 ½, Willows, California 95988. The County seeks a lessee whose intended use of the property aligns with applicable zoning regulations, community interests, and the County’s strategic objectives for economic development and responsible land use.

This RFP outlines the terms, conditions, and requirements for submitting a proposal to lease the property.
