The Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), intends to enter into a single source agreement with Falls Ballroom, Little Falls, MN for the provision of lunch delivered to remote training sites and dinner catering services delivered to the base to support scheduled training sessions at Camp Ripley in Little Falls, MN.

Justification for Single Source:
Due to the unique logistical requirements, location proximity, and capacity to provide timely service within Camp Ripley’s operational schedule, Falls Ballroom is the only vendor capable of meeting these needs for the specified training events.

Estimated Term
Service will align with scheduled training events in September/October 2025.
