Lounibos Auto Lift Project

This is an Invitation to Bid for the Lounibos Auto Lift Project. This project requires license B General Contractors License. Vendor is responsible for downloading all applicable documents included in this bid event. The estimated budget for this project is $250,000.00 dollars. This is a Formal Bid advertised in the Press Democrat on February 11, 2025, and February 18, 2025.

There will be Mandatory Bidders Conference scheduled for this project on Thursday February 20, 2025, at 10AM, meeting at Santa Rosa Campus at Main Entrance to Facilities Operations buildings. The Bidder's Bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the district, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid must be attached to the vendor's response.

Vendor technical questions must be submitted via email to Brendon Collins at Tamarack Grove Engineering at brendon.collins@tamarackgrove.com on or before February 26, 2025, at 3 pm, if an addendum is required it will be issued no later than March 6, 2025. Bid responses are due by 1PM on March 12, 2025. Once the deadline has passed the electronic bid system will not allow late submissions.

Bids will be opened electronically and distributed via email to all bid participants on March 12, 2025, by 3pm.
Sonoma County Junior College utilizes the college district website https://srjc.ionwave.net/Login.aspx and the Press Democrat (http://www.pressdemocrat.com/) for notification of solicitation opportunities. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor’s responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed. Time of completion for this project is 67 (Sixty-Seven) days with work start date of May 26, 2025, and completion date of August 1, 2025. Liquidated damages are $500 per day.
