This project has several components including the decommissioning and disposal of existing sprinkler equipment; replacement of the sprinkler equipment covering GMT’s bus storage garage; tying in new sprinklers to the existing fire panel; drywall and painting repair as necessary. All work shall be completed in coordination with GMT and its representatives. Interested parties must request a copy of the IFB from Connor Smith at GMT by email at csmith@ridegmt.com or by phone at (802) 540-1224. Bids will only be considered from contractors who have properly received the IFB package directly from GMT. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 101 Queen City Park Road, Burlington, Vermont at 11:00AM on Monday, November 18, 2024. Sealed bids must be received by Connor Smith at GMT, 101 Queen City Park Road, Burlington, Vermont or via email at csmith@ridemgmt.com by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 13, 2024.
