Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Pension Plan (SPP), Ministry of Finance, Government of Saskatchewan (GoS) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of annual financial statement audit services for the pension plan.
|

The selected proponent will be requested to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize an agreement with the Board for the provision of the deliverables. The Board expects the terms and conditions set out in the Form of Agreement in Appendix E to be included in the final negotiated agreement with the selected proponent. Proponents choosing to participate in this RFP process should be prepared to accept those terms and conditions, subject only to minor changes that may be mutually agreed upon in the negotiation process. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of up to three years, with an option to extend the appointment on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three years.
