The City of Winston-Salem is seeking the services of a qualified agency to conduct a comprehensive Market Compensation and Benefits Study. The primary goal is to ensure that the City maintains a competitive and equitable classification and compensation system necessary to be the employer of choice for its new and existing workforce. It will guide the Management to make data-driven decisions regarding salary structures, job classifications and compensation and benefits packages.
