Groth Rd over East Branch of Sandy Creek Bridge Replacement
Description:
Construction of a new 42-foot span precast concrete bridge with a 75-year service life. The bridge will be widened to two 11-foot lanes and 4-foot shoulders, with an improved hydraulic opening to adequately pass the 100-year storm. Approach roadway reconstruction will be done to allow for excavation and construction of the bridge as well as approving geometry. medium stone streambank protection will be used to prevent erosion, and new approach guiderail and bridge railing will be installed.
