The County of Henry solicits firms to submit sealed bids, subject to the Contract Documents, for the Henry County Public Service Authority- Upper Smith River Water Filtration Plant Alum Lagoon Culvert Rehabilitation Project, Henry County Bid #26-01143-3137. Bids will be received until, but not later than, 3:00 pm, local prevailing time, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. The work includes lining approximately 820 linear feet of 36 inch reinforced concrete pipe culverts and associated work in Bassett, Virginia. The Contract Documents must be obtained from the Owner's procurement site linked at https://www.henrycountyva.gov/bids.aspx . A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 1:30 pm, local prevailing time at the Henry County Upper Smith River Water Filtration Plant at 590 Philpott Drive, Bassett, Virginia 24055.
