Description: The Hinckley/Southside Rd project will consist of the resurfacing of 3.9 miles of roadway in the town of Russia. The work will include milling out the existing asphalt shoulders, recycling of the remaining existing asphalt surface and paving binder (2") & top (1.5") courses of WMA. Work will also include removal and replacement of approximately 5000' of box beam guiderail. Intersections and driveways will be regraded and matched to the new road surface with new stone subbase or asphalt to match the existing intersection and driveway surfaces.
