Technology Solicitation Proprietary Consortium Library Electronic Resources for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Addition

This is a public notice that the listed products are currently utilized by the
libraries at the State University of New York at Binghamton, Cobleskill, Delhi,
Morrisville and Oneonta. These Libraries have been affiliated through membership
with several consortia for the acquisition of proprietary electronic subscriptions,
resources, products, services, and databases. Such consortia were formed to
create favorable contracts and establish yearly rates for electronic media,
products, services, etc., for their members/affiliates. These consortium
agreements are negotiated and established with various vendors, publishers,
etc., whereby the payment will go directly to the identified publisher or provider of
the electronic resources referencing the consortium association. These Libraries
intend to continue utilizing these and other proprietary products offered by the
listed vendors and to purchase electronic subscriptions, resources, products,
services, databases, and other forms of electronic media for the 2025-2026
fiscal year, as cited.

These libraries intend to make awards under their discretionary authority, according to NYS Education Law 355(S)(b), for the products listed. A 1 of 6 sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for any product(s), you must contact the appropriate designated University contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of the advertisement notice.
