Solicitation for Real Property Title Evidence, Insurance, Closing, and Escrow Services in Tarrant County, Texas

This is a new requirement. The work consists of providing title evidence, title insurance, escrow services, and closing services for various real property interest acquisitions in the vicinity of Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth (NAS JRB) Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for real property title evidence and escrow services in support of Government acquisition of real property interests in the described area. Real Property title evidence and title insurance services shall be provided in accordance with the Department of Justice Title Standards 2016. The attached

“Contract for Title Evidence and Escrow Services” form constitutes the Government’s Statement of Work. Place of performance is Tarrant County, Texas. The estimated contract value is $150,000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the NAICS is 541191 –Title Abstract and Settlement Offices. The small business size standard is $19.5 million. A small business firm as defined by this standard may compete for this contract.
