City of Calgary
Calgary Transit – Track & Way requires the supply of three (3) different types of rail profiles; ARA-A 100 and 55G1.
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
