PUBLIC NOTICE: Notice of Intent to Purchase from Steelcase, Inc. through NewJee, LLC, dba Hyphn, through an Interstate Cooperative Procurement

Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase furniture from Steelcase, Inc. (Steelcase), through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the State of Utah on behalf of NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program (NASPO) and made available to ORCPP members through State of Oregon Participating Addendum No. PO-10700-00013611. The District is a member of ORCPP’s cooperative purchasing program.  This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.

The State of Utah, on behalf of NASPO, issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. CT22-79 seeking offers from qualified and responsible proposers for office furniture and related services and awarded a Master Agreement to Steelcase.  The District will purchase furniture and installation services to furnish the remodeled Central Building as part of the Central Facility Upgrades Project No. 7316. The purchase will be made from NewJee, LLC, dba Hyphn, Steelcase’s local authorized dealer, in amount of $734,758.89.

Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from Steelcase through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Michelle Mann at mann@cleanwaterservices.org within seven days of the date of this notice.
