| Description: | The work under this contract consists primarily of replacing pavement with regular and colored concrete, updating existing street lights, adding new lighting, restoring the fountain, relocating benches and trash receptacles, replacing the bollards at the east entry to the park, replacing the picnic tables and other associated work. This is the only phase of the project that has had funding approved. Additional phases may be added at a later date. The City reserves the right to bid future phases out as independent projects, or incorporate portions of future work into this contract via Change Orders. Work for this project shall achieve Substantial Completion no later than June 1, 2027. Final Completion shall be achieved no later than July 1, 2027. Construction administration services will be provided by Zettler Design Studio, LLC |
