We are upgrading the boilers, make-up air units, and hot water tank at Dodds Lake Manor in Innisfail. This is a three storey apartment building with 32 suites in it. The boilers and MUA units are original to the building. There will be a pre-bid meeting on site for anyone interesting in this project to look at what's involved and ask any questions about this project on Wednesday March 19,2025 at 1:00pm.
