WORK SUMMARY:
The City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation, seeks qualified Applicant(s) to provide On-call
Public Relations and Communications support for the Philadelphia International Airport and
Northeast Philadelphia Airport. The successful respondent is expected to develop
communications strategies, develop content and communications for public information,
social media, digital content, speeches, and talking points that build the reputation and help
promote the programs of the airports to media, airlines, industry stakeholders and the
general public.
PROPOSED COMPENSATION: The not-to-exceed amount of this on-call contract is
$250,000
RFP ISSUE DATE: May 6, 2026
RESPONSE DEADLINE:
No later than 5 pm Philadelphia Time on June 3, 2026 A complete proposal must be
submitted by this time to be considered. Proposals in-process are incomplete.
