Replace Windows & Water Infiltration-Moon Library

The State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse will receive sealed bids for project number 201070 titled Replace Windows & Water Infiltration-Moon Library, until 1:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday August 15, 2025 at Physical Plant Conference Room 209, located at SUNY ESF, 1 Forestry Dr, Syracuse, NY 13210, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

This project consists of: Concrete window frame repair and window replacement on the west façade; the removal of the existing EIFS façade on upper clearstory façade, replaced with insulated metal paneling; the removal and reinstallation of the existing solar array on the roof, with minor alterations; addressing water leakage from a skylight; and minor interior cosmetic water damage repairs.
