CNYPC Cottage Roof Repair IFB 25-031

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Roof Repair, for Central New York Psychiatric Center, located at 9005 Old River Rd, Marcy, NY 13403. The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB document.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, August 8, 2025.

There is a Optional Site Visit at 9:00 AM ET, on August 11, 2025

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, August 14, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders by August 21, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, August 28, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
